    Welcome to Shady Valley Farm we are committed to helping those who have been harmed by the modern food systems recover their health by providing beef that has been raised in a healthy way so that our customers can thrive.

    Have you ever eaten what you thought was a safe cut of meat only to wake up with inflammation issues? Well, that is where our story begins. Just like many of our customers, we came to the realization, that what we were eating was making us sick. We began to take back our health by sourcing and growing the best food we could find.

    I (Marcie) have farmed all my life, but I followed what is traditional in our area of feeding lots of feed to my animals to make them fat. After years of inflammation, I learned that inflamed animals make inflamed people. After researching regenerative practices and learning a better system I saw instant improvement in the longevity and energy of my animals and due to that I have seen a steady improvement in my health and inflammation. We strive to be the source that turns your world around so you can focus on your future.

    Grass fed beef if rich in antioxidants and high in Omega 3s, helping to reduce inflammation.
    Our beef is straight beef, nothing added or taken away. We use an amazing processor that does not was our animal in acid, only water.
    Our processor dry ages for approx. 3 weeks to ensure the flavor is amazing and the cuts are tender.
    They receive the highest quality hay here local from our town. We have a great relationship with several hay farmers that do not add any chemicals to their fields.
    We raise our beef to approx. 24-28 months old. This age gives us a good size for meat and the perfect tenderness. Much older and the steaks get tough.
    Your order will come packed in boxes frozen with ice packs or dry ice. You do not have to be home they will stay frozen until you get home in the evening. You should plan to put them in the freezer as soon as you get home.
